Jeff & Terri Ulmer


Pastor Jeff is the lead pastor NLFC. Terri directs the ladies’ ministry and oversees much of the event planning of the church. Together they share a love for people and the God who loves them.

The Ulmers met at Southeastern University, an Assemblies of God school in Lakeland, Florida and were married in 1976. Pastor Jeff was ordained in 1979. They have two grown children, Jeremy and Holly, and three grandchildren, Colby, Cannon and Jackson.

Jeremy & Kasie Ulmer

Students & Media

Jeremy and Kasie have served NLFC together as student ministry (GroundZero) pastors since 2005. In addition, Jeremy oversees the media ministry adn Kasie is part of the worship team.

Jeremy is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a business management degree and Kasie is a talenteed and accomplished hair stylist. Married in 2005, Jeremy and Kasie also have a heart to reach out and connect with other young families. In March of 2009 they were blessed with the birth of their son, Jackson, and they look forward to seeing how the Lord will continue to grow and guide their family.

Michael Geter

Worship Ministry

Michael serves as worship pastor for New Life Family Church. He began leading worship for the student ministry of NLFC, GroundZero, in 2001 and assumed a full time position in 2009. He is a talented songwriter, musician, and vocalist, and loves leading others to Jesus through worship.

Ricky & Karen Cain

Children’s Ministry

Ricky and Karen oversee the children’s ministry of NLFC. Their love for kids is evidenced each week as they lead the New Life Kids Adventure Team, grades 1–5, in the Reign Forest. Ricky and Karen have two sons, Eric and Andrew.

Mike & Holly Wilson


In addition to their oversight of the pre-school ministry of NLFC, Holly also serves administratively while Mike oversees the athletic ministries.

Mike and Holly are both 2001 graduates of Dallas Baptist University and were married the same year. They are also the parents of Pastor Jeff & Terri’s grandsons, Colby & Cannon.
